Some of it even folds up if you don’t have much space. A treadmill is a great idea, and you should start off with whatever you can do. Your beginners workout should be short, but it should also grow rapidly. Add time as you go and as you begin to be more comfortable with exercise.

You can also add weight lifting to your beginners workout, but make sure you know what you are doing. If you don’t lift the weights properly, you run the risk of injury.

You also want to know how to breathe properly so that you get the most out of your beginners workout.
