Are ab planks a really good strengthening workout?


What is your opinions on an ab plank untill failure after all my other ab workouts?
And how many times should I workout my abs/obliques to the extreme weekly?

    Yes they are great for your core muscles. They will help your abs in addition to the other exercises that you do and its good to work out your abs about 3 times a week.
