How do you feel about ab exercises?

I’m switching to a weight lifting routine which skips ab exercises altogether. I’m going to do 2 days a week of circuit cardio instead but aside from that my abs won’t get any work. But I want nice abs!

Is this a good idea or a bad idea?

Hi, im 6 foot 3 and i weigh 245 pounds. I only have fat of my stomach, sides and a little on my thighs. Briefly describe your ab exercises. Do you know of an ab exercise that involves you sitting on the floor with your legs extended, then bringing your knees up to your chest, then extending your legs again? If so, can you describe this exercise in more detail?
