What ab equipment is good to use and that really works?
I’ve heard about the Ab Rocket and that the springs come off and hurt people. And a friend has told me about the ab lounge chair. She said it doesnt work for her. I have the ab roller and it took me like 8 months to see some kinda results. i probably lost like one inch. Im wantin to go to Academy and buy a workout machine for my abs but need some advice or opinions on what to buy or not to buy. Thanks.
Anyone have good results from an ab machine?
We see those infomerials all the time, stuff like the ab lounge or ab rocker, that kind of stuff. Then I see them on craigslist for 15 bucks. Do they not work, or is it that people just don’t really use them?
What ab workout machine works the best?
I have a decent 4 pack but i need those other two. im looking for a machine that will help me. ,ab the ab circle pro or ab lounge?
