I want to try and make an ab workout for myself to do every other day. I’m a runner, and the only equipment I have is a curling set, and a mat. What are some tips, exercises, or websites you can give me? Thanks!

ab workout?

I do about 20 crunches, 20 oblique curls, etc.. if you get it.. I’d do different ab workout and stop at around100. This is just in one round.. 1 set? if that’s what it’s called. then I do another but less burn than the 1st one.. is this ok? or do I have to change something in my workout?
Then after I eat boiled eggs and wheat bread with peanut butter or cheese for protein lol.
