On the Go Abdominal Exercises

Many people nowadays just don’t have a lot of time to work out. So, here are some abdominal exercises and a routine you can do away from home, or in your living room if you like. Goodbye love handles!

You get up in the morning and look outside the window where you see a thick layer of frost covering the glass and what looks like ten foot snow drifts covering your driveway.

You should feel a strong tightening of your abs and this tells you the exercise is working. Pretty soon it will start to burn and the next day it will probably be sore, but these are all good signs of effectiveness.
