what is the best at home ab exerciser equipment to use?
I need to lose belly fat and i can’t do sit ups (and lord i have tried). So any advice on losing belly fat would be greatly appreciated. I do have a tread mill and I do it for 30 min. a day. Thanks for any advice.
You can’t choose where you lose fat from. Do a treadmill for 1.5 hours per day. If you can’t do sit ups, then you’re the weakest person i’ve ever heard of.
